Once your account is set up, you'll get access to a secure online portal where you can view an exact image of every item that arrives—whether it's a package or a letter. Each piece of mail is assigned a unique Mail ID, making it easy to manage and keep track of your deliveries. From your portal, you can request to pick up items in person, have us open and scan the contents for you, shred unwanted mail, or forward items to your home or another address. Everything is managed with just a few clicks, giving you full control from anywhere.

  • How do I sign up for a virtual mailbox?

    It's easy! You can either call us at 470-461-8764, and we’ll text you a direct link to sign up, or stop by our store at 1954 Airport Road, Chamblee, GA and we’ll help you in person.

  • Can i pick up my mail?

    Of course! You can stop by anytime Monday–Friday from 10AM to 5PM to pick up your mail. Can’t make it during business hours? No problem — we offer after-hour locker access so you can grab your mail at your convenience. If you’re out of town or unable to visit, we can also ship it directly to your home address.

  • Do you open my mail

    At PDK Connect, your privacy is a top priority. We are a USPS-approved Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA), which means your mail is kept secure and confidential. We only open letter mail if you specifically request a content scan, and packages are only opened if you ask us to take a photo of the contents or if required to meet shipping regulations.

  • How do I view my mail?

    Once you sign up, you’ll get access to your personal iPostal1 portal with your own login and password. From the portal, you can see an exact image of each mail or package item as it arrives. You can also schedule a pickup, request a scan of the contents, have us discard unwanted mail, or forward it to any address — all from one convenient dashboard.

  • When can you start accepting mail or packages for me?

    We can begin accepting your mail and packages as soon as your USPS Form 1583 is completed and approved. Until that form is processed, any incoming mail may be returned to the sender, per USPS regulations. Don’t worry — we’ll guide you through the form during sign-up to get you started quickly!

  • When can you start accepting mail or packages for me?

    PDK Connect addresses are real physical street addresses at professionally staffed, secure, and full-service mail centers, which can receive mail and packages from any carrier, including UPS and FedEx.

    With a PO Box, only USPS deliveries are accepted. You cannot use a PO box to register a business or to manage your mail digitally with 24/7 access from anywhere.here

  • How does my mail get to my address?

    You need to inform your contacts of your new address. You may also want to file a Temporary Change of Address form with your local post office. They will forward all 1st Class mail to your new address for 6 months at no charge. This can often be renewed for another 6 months. We do not recommend filing a Permanent Change of Address form with the USPS.

  • How will I know if mail or packages have arrived at my address?

    You will receive alerts via push notification to your phone or email whenever a new mail item has been received.


  • How long can I hold mail or packages in my mailboxes?

    You receive 30 days free storage for all letters, magazines, letter packs, and small to medium-size packages.

    Once free storage days are exceeded, letters and flat mail are charged $1.10/item per month, and packages are charged $1.10/pound* per every 5, 10, or 30 days, according to the storage time frame allotted to the package. To avoid storage charges, recycle, shred, forward, or pick up mail items.

  • How do you ship my packages to me?

    Mail address locations utilize a variety of carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS. You may choose any carrier and level of service offered by your location to forward your mail or packages that best meets your budget and timing needs.

  • How do I reserve a conference room
